I started my media career as a publicist for Forbes Magazine, where I learned how to execute large scale events and programming, including for marquee events like the Forbes Billionaire List, Forbes 30 Under 30 List and the Forbes 400 List.

Now, as a journalist with tv and radio experience, I moderate and program large international conferences to smaller, community-focused events. My topics include climate, marine geoengineering, ocean and food systems (aquaculture, fisheries, terrestrial). Please contact actalty@gmail.com for additional booking information.

I am an experienced conference moderator with a background in large international events including the following:

  • Host of two panels, ”Reality Check: What Future for the Ocean?” and “Levers for the Ocean: Are We Using the Right Tools to Tackle the Crisis?” for Ocean & Climate Platform at the third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice, France. 2025.
